MEET THE CHEF
Inga Martin
Inga is a talented Portuguese head chef known for her creativity and commitment to quality.
She started cooking at 5 and trained at the Lisbon School of Hospitality. Her career highlights include working at Ermitage, interning at Hotel Vila Joya, leading Champanheria Chill Out (Best Restaurant of 2015), and opening Goa Lisboa in 2022.
